Alessio Milani Chef

A man of the sea, a strong spirit, an inexhastible chacacter, a big Chef. Alessio Milani is a lot more than his dishes and his dishes express his way to be and of his evolving experience. Always in the kichen since early age. The chef  has grown practicing in every role of the brigade, dish-washing incuded. After 20 years of experience Alessio spends half of the years in Castiglione della Pescaia and the other half in Brasil and the rest of the world, researching new recipes and new experience that pours into his culinary creations.
