Alessio was born and grew up surrounded by sea flavours, in the heart of Tuscan Maremma, world-wide known area in Italy for its cooking specialties. After many years of working experience in this field, a job which he started when he was just a teenager, Alessio Milani has decided to offer his advice to whom may intend to open a Restaurant, boost the profits and give a turning point to their businness or improve some working strategies all of this thanks to his grand expertise.
